1. Transfer of Copyright and Ownership

Upon full payment of the fees as specified in Section 3, the Photographer transfers to the Client full copyright ownership of all photographic works created under this Contract. The Client will have exclusive, perpetual rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the images as they see fit.

2. Perpetual License

The Client is granted a perpetual license to use, edit, and reproduce the images without further permission from the Photographer. This license extends to all uses, including but not limited to personal, commercial, and editorial purposes.
