PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT

VMG Productions Michael Vos – Photographer & Videographer

This Photo and Video Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date signed below ("Effective Date") by and between VMG Productions, operated by Michael Vos ("Photographer/Videographer"), and the undersigned Client ("Realtor/Client").

1. Grant of License Photographer/Videographer grants Client a non-exclusive, limited-use license to use the photographs and/or videos ("Media") created for marketing and promotional purposes solely for the listing of the specific real estate property addressed in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses Client may use the Media for the following purposes: Listing on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Social media and digital marketing Print marketing (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)

Third-party real estate listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)

Personal website and branding, as it pertains to the listing

3. Restrictions Client may not transfer, sell, sublicense, or provide the Media to third parties, including but not limited to homeowners, stagers, builders, interior designers, or other agents.

Media may not be altered, edited, or filtered in any way that misrepresents the property.

The license expires upon sale of the property or one year from the shoot date, whichever comes first.

4. Copyright & Ownership All Media remains the intellectual property of VMG Productions and Michael Vos.

The Photographer/Videographer retains the right to use the Media for portfolio, promotional, and advertising purposes.

5. Fees & Additional Licensing The licensing fee is included in the original photography/videography service.

If Client wishes to extend usage rights beyond this Agreement, additional licensing fees may apply.

6. Liability & Indemnification VMG Productions and Michael Vos are not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the Media.

7. I understand that I am hiring photographer Michael Vos based upon the work and style of the photograph I saw in his portfolio. I understand that my money is not refundable.

8. Agreement Acceptance By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
