– 3 photos of the four models enjoying the view from the terrace with a glass of wine

– 2 photos of the four models making dinner together in the kitchen..like a friendship scene

– 1 photo of models meditating together

– 1 drone photo of models enjoying the roof garden

– 1 photo of models sitting on the bed together

– 2 photos of models enjoying the living room playing a board game like backgammon or monopoly

 

 

Amenities Shot List

– 2 photographs of models swimming in semi-olympic pool

– 2 drone photos of models swimming in the pool

– 3 photographs of models in the jacuzzi

– 2 photographs of models interacting with the recreational area

– Three professional twilight exterior photos showing the building lit up around twilight. – $50 US

Professional Video Offer

– A one minute, fully produced and professionally edited promotional video with graphics and music for use on YouTube and other platforms. The video will consist of scenes with models interacting with the property  – $500 US

– Ten 5-10 second reels cut up from this video for use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok – $250 US

 

Model Offer

– I recommend using four models and a professional stylist for the best results. I have pictures of my included my recommended models on this page. The cost for four models for a 2 hour photo shoot.  – $800 US

 

 

I am recommending hiring Los Angeles stylist Nina Ornstein to style the photo shoot. She will be responsible for picking out appropriate clothing and helping with the photo concepts and production.
