1. Client Communication and Money Handling – 5%
Job Description – This is the fee paid for dealing with the collection of money and all issues relating to financial transactions between VMG and RentAYacht4Fun.
Job Responsibilities:
– Calculate the monthly fee for our services, including the 5% of his sles we get for marketing.
– Call or email David 1 week ahead of time to tell him the price and that his bill to VMG is due.
– Handling all of his concerns and complaints about the work for that month.
2. Social Media Management – 35%
Job Responsibilities:
– Posting the reels and still photos for FB and IG for the month on Buffer, the content calendar app.
– Posting daily stories on Instagram and FB
– Using ChatGPT to generate titles, descriptions and hashtags for the posts.
– Tagging the clients´ social media accounts strategically to help grow the account.
– Responding to comments in Instagram and Facebook on a daily basis.
3. Still Photo Shooting and Editing – 20%
Job Responsibilities:
– Coordinating the shoots with clients and Rent A Yacht 4 Fun
– Shooting still photos
– Post-processing the still photos
– Delivering the still photos to the social media manager at VMG
4. Marketing and Promotion – 10%. This 10% fee from each month will go back into the company to pay for marketing and promotion costs like advertising.
Job Description – There is some crossover here between Client Acquisition and Marketing and Promotion
Job Responsibilities –
– Posting to Facebook groups once or twice a week in order to find clients
– Running Google Ads campaigns
– Running Instagram ads and posting to the Instagram page
3. Video Shooting and Editing – 30%
Job Description – Shooting video for clients
Job Responsibilities –
– Show up to the location on time sober, clean and well-dressed
– Making creative decisions as far as what to shoot.
– Staying up to date with the latest AI trends, cameras and lenses
– Using music, graphics, video and sound effects to create an engaging video for clients from the raw footage shot by the videographer.
– Staying up to date with the latest AI trends and editing software
– Knowing the basics of video editing in Premiere Pro
– Creating original reels from the video using music, graphics, video and sound effects
Google Ads, Pay per click ad creation, website maintenance, SEO writing and keyword research, and any other high tech web stuff will come out equally out of this 100% until Mike is paid in full. For instance, if the web stuff costs me $300 in a month to do and we make $1,000 in that month, 5% of that $300 will come out of Client Communication and Money Handling, 35% of it will come out of Social Media Management, 10% out of the marketing budget, 20% out of still photos, and 30% out of video.
Payment Breakdown of a $1000 Job
Imagine we make $1000 during a month with David. The person who deals with the money gets $50. $100 goes back into the company for marketing and promotional costs. The social media manager gets $350. The person who shoots the video gets $300. The still photographer gets $200.
