VMG - Video Release - One Minute Real Estate Video

1. SCOPE OF WORK
The Videographer agrees to provide video services for the Client in relation to the real estate property located at (the “Property”). The video taken during this session (the “Images”) will be used by the Client for advertising purposes only, as outlined in Section 2.

2. USAGE RIGHTS
The Videographer grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Video for advertising the Property for a period of one (1) years from the date of delivery of the Video. This includes use on websites, social media,, and other advertising mediums directly related to the marketing of the Property.

3. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
The Videographer retains full ownership and copyright of all Video produced under this Agreement. Upon the expiration of the one-year usage period, all rights to the Images revert back to the Videographer, and the Client shall no longer use the Video for any purpose without express written consent from the Videographer.

4. EXTENSION OF USAGE RIGHTS
If the Client wishes to continue using the Video after the one-year period, an additional licensing agreement must be negotiated and executed prior to the expiration of the current license.

5. DELIVERY OF VIDEO
The Videographer agrees to deliver the final edited Images and Video to the Client in a digital format within business days from the date of the shoot.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the Videographer a total of $300 US dollars for the video services provided. Payment is due before the final video is delivered

7. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Videographer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the unauthorized use of the Video.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Videographer and the Client. Any modifications or amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of without regard to its conflict of law principles.
